The Foxboro 871 Series contacting conductivity and resistivity sensors are suitable for ionic measurements in most cleanwater applications found in power, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and other process industries.

The Foxboro 876CR is a 2-wire loop powered intelligent transmitter that, when used with appropriate electrochemical sensors, provides measurement, local display, and transmission of contacting conductivity, resistivity or concentration. 873DO Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer

The Foxboro 873DO is a line-powered, dual sensor input dissolved oxygen analyzer. The 873DO analyzer when used with the 871DO-C sensor for parts-per-million measurements of dissolved oxygen in aeration basins, industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants, and aquaculture applications.

The analyzer periodically monitors the sensor for membrane fouling, membrane breakage, and loss of internal filling solution. Calibration of the 873DO is quick and simple, achieved by allowing the sensor to stabilize in ambient air.

Foxboro provides an orifice assembly to meet your process requirements by offering both compact and integral flow orifice assemblies.

The compact orifice is a wafer body orifice plate that includes an integral three-valve manifold. This one-piece unit mounts directly to a differential pressure transmitter. An alignment ring and optional installation kit provide the hardware necessary to properly install the orifice in various pipeline sizes having ANSI® or DIN flanges.

SRD960The Universal Positioner SRD960 is designed to operate pneumatic valve actuators and is available in the version Ex d (flameproof) / explosion proof.

The positioner is available with different communication protocols. This includes versions with HART-signal, digital with FoxCom protocol, or fieldbus communication according to PROFIBUS-PA and FOUNDATION fieldbus H1 based on IEC 1158-2 acc. to the FISCO-Model.

SRD991 Intelligent Positioner Ex ia / Intrinsically safe 

SRD991The intelligent Positioner SRD991 is designed to operate pneumatic valve actuators and is available in the version EEx ia / intrinsically safe.

The positioner is available with different communication protocols. This includes versions with analog setpoint (4 to 20 mA) without communication and with superimposed HART-signal; digital with fieldbus communication according to PROFIBUS-PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 based on IEC 1158-2 acc. to the FISCO-Model.

The unit can be configured and operated from the Foxboro I/A Series System in connection with our Intelligent Field Device Configurator (IFDC) or the PC-based configuration- and operation tool PC20. The SRD can also be integrated into system environments and applications that support the FDT/DTM concept according to the Specification 1.2.
For this purpose the required Vendor’s specific DTMs (called VALcare or Valve Monitor) for HART, PROFIBUS, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and FoxCom are available.

In addition the device can be integrated into any other common control system such as Fisher Rosemount-AMS or -Delta-V, Siemens SIMATIC- PDM, Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB and SMAR.

The local operation and configuration can be achieved comfortable and easy by a multi-lingual full text graphic LCD in connection with the three push buttons.

SRI990 Analog Positioner / SRI990-T Electrical Position Transmitter

SRI990The analog Positioner SRI990 with analog input 4-20 mA (or optional with 0-10 VDC) is designed to operate pneumatic valve actuators and is available in the version EEx ia / intrinsically safe and FM.

The adaptation and settings can easily be achieved by the dip-switches for the action of rotation and the input signal as well as by the potentiometers for the zero, span, gain and damping.

The functionality can be checked with a pneumatic test executed by a DIP switch.

SMI983 Electrical Position Transmitter

SRI983The electrical position transmitter SMI983 converts the linear or rotary movement of a valve / actuator into a 4 to 20 mA standard electrical signal. The configuration of the feedback signal in correspondence to the position of the actuator is easily performed by two push-buttons.
